Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in national and international markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive product development and sales strategies.
• Develop and implement business growth plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements with key stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance, reporting key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the cosmetics, perfumery, or beauty industry.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent understanding of market trends and business strategies.
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify growth opportunities.
• Fluent in Catalan, Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Availability to travel as required.
• Living in Osona or near this area.
